How far in advance should I order?
Ordering in advance is best! If you're needing specific or custom colors, please allow 2 weeks!
Do you setup indoor and outdoor?
Yes, we can! We will always do our best to work with what's available!
We can't guarantee the longevity of your balloon structures after delivery! We use high quality balloons, but there are many factors to consider! Temperature, weather, and touching the balloons can cause them to pop or deflate.
Do you offer clean up services?
Absolutely! It will be an additional charge!
Do you offer tear down?
How long will balloon displays last?
It depends on many factors. Is the display indoor/or outdoor? Is it helium? Helium and the weather can play an important role in a balloon's longevity. Indoor latex balloons, specialty, and mylar balloons can last weeks. While helium filled balloons can only last from 6 hours to 2-3 days depending on the size!
Is there a delivery fee?
Unfortunately, the 50% deposit is non - refundable,
but we can hold your items and schedule a rain check!!!
What if I cancel?
We include delivery up to 15 miles from our location in Oklahoma City. After 15 miles it will cost $2 a mile!
